Meditation can help us to better manage stress and to heal physically and mentally. It can help us to achieve more peace and balance in life. We have the potential to become more efficient at work, enjoy improved relationships and connections, and to experience increased joy and gratitude. Meditation connects us with our ‘wholeness’, allowing us to feel strong and centered.

Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation
This 8-week course is designed to introduce you to mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation is the technique which has been taught and refined for many decades at The Gawler Foundation.
It is a gradual, step-by-step approach to accessing the stillness and awareness that is there behind the everyday chatter of the mind. This approach is very accessible - think ‘effortless effort’ - and anyone who wants to can do it. With the support of a group, you'll learn how to settle, and then practise meditation. It could quite possibly transform your life.
